Shipping
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our workshop. Standard domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days; international orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Orders over $65 ship free — all other orders are a flat $6.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, reach out to our support team with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.
Damaged Items
If your plushie arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no return necessary.
